St. Joseph’s provides the Health Services listed below to the community.  If you would like more information about any of these programs, you can see one of our social workers.

Registration is needed to participate in these services.  Documents needed for registration.

  • Prescription Assistance Program - For clients who need help paying for prescription medication 
  • Referrals - Medical Services and Information
  • Healthy Lifestyles - A preventative program to identify and change at-risk lifestyle behaviors, diagnose current or potentially chronic health problems, educate low-income households about healthy eating, better lifestyle choices and to encourage regular exercise.
  • Screenings - Eye exams and blood pressure screening are offered approximately once each month. Please see our calendar for dates.
